BOOKING INFORMATION

Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms

To secure your booking, we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount within 7 days. The remaining amount, excluding local tax, is to be transferred free of charge and must be received in our account no later than 5 days before arrival.

The local tax and the security deposit are to be paid in cash upon arrival.

We DO NOT accept credit or debit cards!

Prices include water, electricity, heating, waste disposal, Wi-Fi, PARKING SPACES, as well as bed linen, towels, dishwashing detergent, and dishwasher tabs, excluding local tax.
The local tax is €1.50 per person per night until November 30, 2024, and €2.60 per person per night starting from December 1, 2024.
Children up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 are exempt from local tax.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 20 days before arrival
• 90% charge for cancellations from 19 days before arrival
• Total price charged for early departure

Travel Cancellation and Health Insurance:

To protect against potential cancellation costs, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. You can arrange this directly online with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
